The whole of nursery management on one platform
A management system uniting parents, teachers, administration and accounting for nurseries and preschools. Used in more than 500 nurseries.
Problem
Nurseries run daily communication over WhatsApp groups, attendance on paper and collections in a separate ledger. Parents only learn about their child’s day in the evening; managers cannot see overdue payments in one place.
Solution
We unified four roles (parent, teacher, manager, accounting) on one platform. Teachers share the daily report and photos instantly and parents receive a notification; entry and exit are logged by QR, shuttles are tracked by GPS, and collections are followed in the same system. Messaging was designed to be GDPR-compliant.
Result
Over 500 nurseries and more than 12,000 parents use the platform, with a 4.9/5 user rating.
